General Information: Welcome to"I Mori Gelsi"; ... a country
farmhouse located in the heart of cultivated fields, close to a hill of
vineyards in Torgiano, Umbria, Italy. Situated in the quiet and
panoramic Tiber Valley, the operative heart is the Fattoria Spinola, theowner's home. The surroundings of the property are formed by the TiberRiver and by woods of ancient oaks and many other local trees andplants, where the wild animal can shelter. It is not unusual to seepheasants, hares, porcupines, quails, foxes, owls and many other localanimals living undisturbed in the Estate.
Upon their arrival, guestswill find on the kitchen table a welcome basked with necessities for their breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar, marmalade, honey), two bottles of Farm wine, an home made salami and fresh eggs surrounded by a fully fenced private garden with fruit trees, aromatic herbs and flowers swimming pool each apartment has a private wooden lighted gazebo
in the garden to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners
The country house has been divided into two big apartments, plus a small independent unit.
Apartment Mela offers an entrance with a large living room, fully
equipped kitchen with also dish-washer and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Apartment Brufa is on the ground floor with a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Nido Cottage - is a tiny independent cottage close to the main Country house, ideal for hosting two persons. It is about 55m2; and it has a wooden front porch equipped with barbecue, lights, a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
